Q. I tried calling, but can’t reach anyone?

A. So sorry we missed you! Please try back later.

Q. Do you have take home kits?

A. Yes! One supply fee covers 8 ounces of glaze. Up to 8 colors.

Q. Do I get to make the pottery?

A. No. Our ceramics are all pre-made and fired in the kiln once. You choose an existing shape to paint. We have over 400 shapes to choose from.

Q. How long does it take?

A. That depends on your skill level and the design you want to accomplish, but give yourself at least an hour. Appointments are 2 hours long. The last appointment time is 8PM.

Q. Are dogs allowed?

A. Yes! Well behaved dogs and children are always welcome.

Q. Is there any way to get my pottery back faster than a week?

A. It is possible, however we cannot guarantee rush firing. We also ship through our partner Box Bros Los Feliz.

Q. Is it safe?

A. Yes! All of our glaze is water-based and non-toxic. Once the pottery is fired, it is all food and dishwasher safe.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. It's a $10 supply fee per painter plus the price of the pottery you select. Pottery ranges in price from $8-$80, but the average is around $30. Your supply fee covers as much paint as you need, and as many pottery projects as you would like to purchase during your visit.

Q. Is there a time limit?

A. We never want to rush anyone’s process. We also want as many guests as possible to be able to paint, and for our staff to feel their time is being respected. Painting sessions are 2 hours long with a 15 minute grace period. That time starts at your scheduled slot not when you arrive.

Q. What if I don't finish?

A. You are welcome to return another day to finish your project. It's just another supply fee of $10/painter/day. We also offer to go options for you to paint at home.

Q. Are you hiring?

A. If you are a local artist with glazing and kiln-operating experience stop by and say hi.
